21st January 2024 was the first visit of Splink to the wonderful 1865 club in Southampton, hopefully it won't be the last visit, this is the first play of 'Taklamakan' a piece that will eventually be the centre of a larger piece, it was a windy night with storm 'Isha' battering the UK but there was a nice intimate turnout for the evening, we had a great time.

This is a track now recorded as a full band with a new arrangement to be featured on the new album.
